As a standard procedure, we do no accept returns. All our natural stones are manufactured with the highest standards and because we supply the natural stones directly from the source, we have a serious challenge in terms of returning the natural stones to the source. This would be a costly affair.
But we can say that up to the present day that we have not had any complaints about the quality of the natural stone supplied. However, we are opened to discuss any potential problems that may occur with the supply, case by case. At the end of the day, we do whatever it takes to keep all our customers satisfied and we will be here to sort out any potential problem that may occur.
